This central oasis in the heart of Palm Springs will be a destination where you'll soak in a recently renovated pool and jacuzzi and will be the center of attention for your stay.

Situated on a quarter acre lot, this updated, 3-bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped, smart home will provide you with everything to enjoy your time here.

This is a 3-bedroom private residence. You will have full access to the house. With two king size beds and one queen bed, there is plenty of room to accommodate 6 people comfortably.

This home is available for a minimum stay of 1 month and includes cable TV, internet, streaming services, and utilities. Pool heating (optional) is extra at $50.00 per night.

The airport is only a few minutes away and a quick ride in a taxi or ride share to any part of town.

You will hear some of the planes from time to time but after living there for 5 years, it has never been an issue for me or any of the guests. (Unless it's the fighter jets that take off from time to time, but there is no escaping that anywhere in Palm Springs. I find it quite exhilarating.

I was raised in West Australia and fascinated with quokkas, you may see one or two references around the house.

Great property! It is most set up home we have ever rented.

This house had everything you need to move in and start enjoying your vacation. Pool and hot tub worked great, kitchen had all the tools for cooking and the house is very comfortable. We loved the fact that we had access to park in the garage. We had concerns about the proximity of the house to the airport and noise. To say that you don’t hear the planes would not be true, but it is not loud enough to disrupt your conversation in the back yard. We stayed here for weeks and would recommend highly

Wonderful property for a month stay!

My wife and I stayed at this lovely home with another couple for a month. The house was a pleasant space for four. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed, and the living spaces were great for indoor lounging. The outdoor spaces were perfect for what we wanted. The pool was a nice size, the spa spacious and all the pool equipment worked without fail. There are numerous outdoor sitting areas for variety. We grilled a great deal and the grill worked great. The fruit trees were a nice bonus! The house is near the airport and while you can hear the planes taking off, the noise was manageable. Our host was very accommodating. The kitchen had all the basics covered and we were able to use what we needed. When we had questions, they were answered immediately and the few small requests we had were attended to promptly. We will definitely consider a return trip!

Why they chose this property

This house was owned by a longtime friend, and I knew how meticulous he would be in maintaining his home. I love this house, the views are some of the bests in the valley. I have tried to keep the house as traditional as possible but have made some updates and additions for my tastes.

What makes this property unique

1970's home once owned by Jerry Herman. Jerry Herman was an American composer and lyricist celebrated for upbeat Broadway classics including Hello Dolly!, Mame, and La Cage aux Folles. With a career spanning from the 1950s to 2019, he earned multiple Tonys, a Grammy, and Kennedy Center Honors.

The house is on a quarter acre lot and boasts a 40ft x 15ft swimming pool. After the pool renovation, it can now seat 8 to 10 people in the hot tub. The house is very private and lots of outdoor space and sitting areas.

There are amazing views and sunsets in every direction from the moment you walk out the front door or enjoying a beverage on the back patio.
