Excellent home and location

Had a wonderful 2 week stay on this, our second stay at this beautiful home. Great pool, hot tub, and everything you need is provided We'll stay ahain!

Peaceful and relaxing

The rental property was beautiful and very well maintained! Owner was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had! We would definitely recommend this property and would love to rent again in the future!!

Excellent place in Palm Springs

The property is convenient (short drive) to shopping and dining. Has a very functional kitchen for cooking at home. The pool and spa are great after a day of hiking in the area. The property manager was very responsive and checked with us regarding our stay. Will definitely be back.

Excellent Getaway!

The house is in a wonderful location for exploring all areas of Palm Springs. We love the minimalist design aesthetic and especially enjoyed the wonderful pool area. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Palm Springs week stay

We throughly enjoyed the space during our week stay. The pool and spa had amazing Mountain views. The home’s interior was tastefully decorated and had all that we needed during our stay. The location was a walkable distance to uptown as well as a quick drive to all the great Palm Springs attractions. Josie was a great host and answered all the questions we had during our stay! We would recommend the rental to others and hope to visit again on our next trip to Palm Springs!

Incredible house in perfect location

If you're staying in Palm Springs, you couldn't ask for a better home. Huge pool and backyard palapa, walking distance to the main drag (Palm Canyon Drive), shops and restaurants at your fingertips, and easy access to the freeway. Besides that - the home is GORGEOUS, and the host is communicative and friendly. This is truly an oasis in the desert!

Fabulous home!

We stayed as Casa Escudero for a little over 2 months and loved the property! It's a beautiful, spacious home and well stocked with things you need. The bedrooms are good sized and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are both great, especially the en suite which has a patio door to the pool. We used the hot tub daily, and we heated the pool for a handful of days when we had visitors. The kitchen is large and worked well for us, and has an abundance of spices which was great for cooking. The backyard is peaceful and relaxing, with lots of places to read. Josie was very responsive when a couple of small issues arose, and since she is one of the owners (as opposed to a property manager), she has a vested interest in making sure everything is nice. The location is terrific, and we walked the neighborhood with our dog and could easily walk to the grocery store, Starbucks, Walgreens, and a handful of restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone we met was very friendly. This is a terrific property and owner!

Beautiful Spanish Home

My stay at this home was wonderful! The property manager was incredibly responsive and very friendly. The home is absolutely beautiful, and in the perfect location just far enough away from downtown that it was nice and quiet, but close enough to be considered centrally located. There was a minor plumbing problem during my stay, and Josie had it fixed less than 24-hours later. She was also so considerate when scheduling the plumbers to come by. I stayed for a total of three weeks and have two recommendations for travelers staying longer than a couple of nights. First, be prepared to stock a few simple things like paper towels/cleaning towels and cleaning supplies. I grabbed a few things so I could keep the house nice and tidy while I was there, not a big deal, just a heads up when planning. Second, pay attention to the times the pool would be heated. Sadly I stayed in the slim window when it wasn't heated, but cooling down enough at night, that we were unable to enjoy it. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Had the home not already been booked, I would've stayed much longer. Thank you for everything!
