About this property

Discounted rate for March and April for spectacular penthouse unit!

Our condo is on the 11th (top) floor of a building with 6 units per floor. It is very peaceful and quiet with great sunset views. It is about 1/4 mile from Vanderbilt beach access and Wiggins State Park. There is a tennis court, a pickleball court, bocce, a large pool, and a communal gas grill.

The condo has a large lanai with access from the living room and master bedroom. The lanai has a 4 seat dining table and chairs and a 2 seat high top table and chairs. The kitchen is very well-stocked with everything you should need for preparing meals.

Note: Monthly stays required from the first to the last day only. One family only with a limit of 6 people.
Seasonal renters (3 or4 months Jan-Mar/April) will be given a discount of $1500.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Home away from home

We had the best vacation in this exceptionally appointed penthouse! From the well stocked kitchen to the beach wagon and chairs, our every need was met. Greg and Amy were gracious hosts and communicated quickly. Check in was easy and the phone app made coming and going a breeze. It was a short walk to the Denoir-Wiggins beach access. The condo building was very clean and quiet. We happily used the pool, pickleball/tennis courts and the grill.

Greg and Amy Chappell are awesome folks. They welcomed us with open arms and walked us through all that the condo had to offer. The place is perfectly appointed with all the comforts and kitchen appliances that one would have/want for home. The location is central to restaurants, beaches and pool access. We enjoyed the month of March and recommend this rental whole heartedly.
