Beautiful Gulf & Bay Views 3 Bed/ 2 bath condo, walk to the beach, Free WiFi. One of a kind renovated upscale condo just 5–10-minute walk to gorgeous Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor State Park. Relax and enjoy the amazing sunsets and views of the marina and bay from the balcony.
This spacious open floor plan is over 1600 sq. ft featuring dining table for 6 guests. Enjoy the oversized lanai balcony equipped with additional dining for 4 guests. The primary suite also has private entrance to lanai. Gulf Breeze amenities include; heated swimming pool, barbecue area, tennis & pickleball, fishing areas, and boat docks available for lease with direct access to the Gulf. Once you're on the beach, kayak, paddleboard, and canoe rentals are close at hand.
