Cette belle maison de ville avec 2 chambres, vue sur la mer et piscine commune est située dans l'urbanisation Colina Branca à Carvoeiro. L'emplacement est calme et pourtant il n'est qu'à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Praia do Carvoeiro. Une grande piscine commune avec chaises longues est à la disposition des vacanciers.
La climatisation peut être utilisée pour un supplément de 80 euros par semaine. Casa Colina Branca 17 a un salon avec coin repas, deux terrasses avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, deux chambres dont une avec salle de douche privée, deux salles de bains et une cuisine entièrement équipée.

Lovely stay in a really nice property. Clean, well equipped and perfect for usIt’s a 5 minute walk to the town and the beach and an easy drive to other areas of interestOnly thing to note is that it’s on a big hill which means a steep walk to town and a lot of steps in the building itself. If you’re good with that then this is a great place to stay

This house is in a great location! Very close to downtown Custer. Also, located close to many tourist attractions in the Southern Black Hills.

Loved the views and the birds! Location is central, but there is a steep walk to get to town. We appreciated the goodie basket upon arrival. We had trouble finding the exact unit because we didn't have the number of the unit. The property manager found us and got us settled. We did have trouble with the lock, but again the PM responded quickly and told us how to work it. Downsides were towels left in the washer which were moldy by the time we got to them. No soap for dishwasher or laundry, no firewood, screens have holes which let in mosquitoes, and because there is no shower curtain, water gets on the floor. There were also no pillow cases on the pillows in the room we stayed in, but we did grab them from the other bedroom. These are all minor inconveniences, and we really did love being able to walk into town, and were far enough away that it was very quiet at night.

Fantastic property - beautiful terraces with sea views, comfortable bedrooms, and access to a great pool. Communication with Stephanie and David was great. Providing a few food essentials was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!

A very great apartment well located

We enjoyed our stay a lot as the apartment is very well located (walking distance from the beach and all commodities in Carvoeiro), with stunning views from the 2 terraces and very well equipped. Carvoeiro is a great location to discover nice towns and beaches in Algarve

Perfectly located apartment

Our stay at Casa Florida was lovely. Great location with beautiful views. Some staples were provided when we arrived such as eggs, orange juice, bread, water etc...Only minor issue was lack of communication with property manager.Look forward to visiting in the future. Cheers!bread etc...water

Great location and amenities

We loved our stay at Casa Florida. The house had everything we needed and the two balconies were amazing!! Only thing- for staying with an under two year old, the house did have steep/windy marble stairs which we weren’t anticipating- so we needed to watch our toddler quite closely- but that didn’t diminish our experience- just something for other parents to consider!

Fab location and views

Great terraces to enjoy the sun and views down to the sea. There are about 94 steps down to village but Carvoeiro is hilly everywhere so don’t let that put you off. Just enjoy.

Great location by the sea

The property was very well outfitted with everything you could need (except umbrellas) which we didn't expect to need but the weather wasn't the most cooperative. Great location except for very steep hill from main street. Good workout! It was very quiet and the balcony with view was wonderful.

Excellent location

We had a lovely time in Casa Florida. The location is perfect. A short walk to town and the beach but in a quiet area. The pool was empty most of the time and is well kept with plenty of sun loungers. The outdoor furniture is very comfortable and you have lovely sea views from both balconies. Lovely welcome pack on arrival which was much appreciated. Communication with Stephanie was very good. Thank you Stephanie for everything.

Well located in the Algrave but a little « insect » issue

The location of the condo is great, it was clean and I was impressed to find some goods to welcome us. Thank you David and Stefanie. Beautiful beaches around. Sadly, we encountered a problem that had a major impact on our experience : cockroaches. It came out one evening from the sink, the diswasher and the washing machine. And let’s say it’s not pleasant to see these things going around! The owners responded quickly but it already had an impact on our experience as it lasted for a few days. From a 5 stars to a 3 stars.

Dès l'annonce on a su que les vacances allaient etre bonnes! L'endroit est ideal pour un séjour en algarve ! Proche de la plage de Carvaeiro 6 minutes a pied , la residence est calme! La maison dans un parfait etat et la vue est magnifique , on ne s'en lasse pas ! Le + est la piscine , debut juillet tres peu de monde !! Un super souvenir avant d'y retourner peut etre !!?? Merci

Bonne adresse en Algarve !

Idéalement localisée, cette maison est parfaitement adaptée aux familles. Proche de la mer et du centre ville de CARVOEIRO Plage. Quelques victuailles vous attendent à l'arrivée, merci aux propriétaires. Le ménage est fait régulièrement et la vue des toits est superbe. Je recommande ++++ Dommage que l'agence ne soit pas assez clair dans les explications à l'arrivée ( ne parle pas le français, ni l'Espagnol et légèrement l'anglais). Et pas d'état des lieux de sortie alors que nous avions un RDV fixé.
