Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Parker's Birthday Weekend

This is an exceptional place! Gorgeous property and house. The rental apartment is beautiful with new high end appliances. Very relaxing and peaceful stay. Owners are very nice and helpful. Looking forward to returning next winter!

Clean and bright

This was a nice place to stay while exploring the area. I would suggest some kind of window treatment. The road runs at the same level of the windows fairly close. Even Shutters on the bottoms of the side. The place was equipped except for a cutting board and coasters. The owners are very close by and to access the water you have to walk in front of their house. a little awkward.

Relaxing Vibe!!!

We loved the grounds and opportunity to take the canoe out. We docked it to get lunch at the general store. The studio was big and airey. Tastefully decorated with a relaxing vibe!

Coveside Carriage House

We recently stayed at the above property for a number of days. We stay in the Boothbay area quite a bit and this property was in a very lovely area. The property was very nice, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The unit is above a garage with the nice owners living nearby. It is an open concept large room with dining area, kitchen and living space with heat and air conditioning. It has many windows, bright and airy with views of the property. We did not cook other than breakfast but everything to cook in was provided. There is a cozy veranda for nice weather. The washer and dryer were a plus. Overall we enjoyed the property and would stay again.

Anniversary Weekend

This is an absolutely heavenly location with a space that couldn't be more beautiful. Our stay was absolutely perfect. There were wonderful places to ride bikes, and hike. The botanical garden is literally around the corner. There is a canoe for use off of the pristine dock and a gorgeous deck that looks out onto their gardens and the inlet. We grilled and ate overlooking a sunset, we enjoyed the comfortable furniture and fabulous decor while playing cards on a rainy day. And, their dog Chloe is an absolute love. We would definitely return to this slice of paradise. Jeff and Jodi
