This private beach house was completely remodeled in early 2022!!! It has all new flooring, paint, furniture, décor, appliances and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. This private beach house has a private hot tub & game room and is in the quiet town of Atlantic Beach centered right in the middle of North Myrtle Beach. Exterior of property under video surveillance.

Enjoy all the comforts of home while at the beach. This private, 1 story, beach house has a private hot tub with spacious deck & propane grill, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, full size washer & dryer, cable TV in all bedrooms and the living room, free Netflix, free Wi-FI & free parking.

The master bedroom features 1 king and a private bathroom. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms each have 1 queen and there is a shared bathroom. Head across the screened in porch to the 4th bedroom which features 1 king and a sleeper sofa.

The garage, which is attached to the 4th bedroom & 3rd bathroom has been converted into a game room which has a pool table, electric dartboard, several arcade machines, cornhole game & fishing poles. House also comes with a cooler, beach chairs and a beach cart so taking everything back and forth is more convenient.

Free Fun Included Every Day! To enhance your vacation experience, North Beach Vacations has partnered with Xplorie, which means your stay includes over $250.00 in complimentary activities, per day. Just for booking with us, you’ll receive free tickets, every day of your stay to top activities like golfing, water parks, dinner shows, and more!!!

We enjoyed our stay. We had small issues that were corrected swiftly. Our children said that we should book it every year from now on and we will unless our family grows. But I will definitely refer family and friends.

Loved the charm and location of the home. Wonderful neighborhood. Very comfortable. There were a couple of minor issues, which I'm sure it will be taken care of soon. Dishwasher is not usable. Cold water ONLY in the kitchen. No icemaker. Master shower looks great but only the "rainfall" works, body jets and handheld does not work. Trash pick up never happened. I do recommend this home, just hope some of the issures can be taken care of soon. A normal broom would be helpful to clean the sand up. I would recommend this home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful big house on the beach . All of us enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Very spacious . The only bad things I seen were one of the door knobs were loose . We just put a chair in front to be safe. Also one of the toilets had a leak in the king room bathroom. We also couldn’t figure out how to turn the porch string lights on. The beds and couch were so comfy . We all slept like a baby . The openers provide beach chairs which came in handy too. I would recommend this rental to everyone!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our beach house vacation rental was amazing. Would definitely recommend this property if you want to have a great vacation. The beds were the best felt like sleeping on a cloud. The hot tub was awesome we got in it almost every night lol. Had everything we needed to cook with. only thing was the grill was out of propane didn’t notice till the last night cause we was gonna have ourselves a cookout before we left. Other than that everything was perfect the house was in a great location the check in staff were happy and professional. 10 out of 10 will definitely rent this beach house again..

Great location, timely property managers, needs owner attention

Location was great, probably the best property management team we’ve encountered, but the owner needs to address many items. Floor, ceiling fans, fridge, power outlets, kitchen, etc… a little investment and updates and this could easily be a 5 star rental.

We loved this property! It was super convenient to the beach and to the restaurants. We could open the bedroom door and hear the ocean. I loved the extra add on room for the older kids. It felt like a small vacation for them also!! I would use the property again!

Everything was great. The location and close to restaurants. Only complaint I have is the floor was a little dirty other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Checkin involves having to go by a separate location. The house was okay but oddly laid out and sparse with things like toiletries and kitchen equipment

Nice beach access. Was told to be careful at night by several people. possibly rent again. Beds comfortable . Master shower needs a shelf? no where to put soap or shampoo . Close to Golf courses.

Great quiet place for a vacation. But convenient to everything

The property was nice! Had a musty order when we got there but bought so air fresheners and it was fine. The only complaint is it would have been nice to have some extra towels and blankets. Overall great place. We had 8 people and 1 guests one night. There was plenty of room. Short walk to beach. Convenient to all shops and restaurants.
