Holiday house old horse stable

Located in the middle of Upper Lusatia, at the foot of the Zittau Mountains, in a quiet and central location, you will find a lovingly restored historical building, 45m², for 2-4 persons. Shops such as bakers and butchers, as well as lunch restaurant and children's playground can be reached in a few minutes. Ground floor: kitchen living with fireplace, TV, 1. Floor: 1 bedroom and bathroom with shower / WC / bathtub. Garden, barbecue, bicycles, bed linen and towels incl. 1 pet lives free of charge with us. There is a final cleaning fee of 35.00 Euro (this is not included in the total amount) and cashed on the spot.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Natur pur! Schöne Anlage, vor allem die Oase mit dem Teich. Die Badewanne ist für Menschen mit Größe 1,75 nicht unbedingt geeignet, da man zum Duschen nicht stehen kann. Einiges müsste in Stand gehalten werden.

Empfehlenswert

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und waren rund um Zufrieden. Mit der Agentur hatten wir weniger zu tun, da wir direkten Kontakt zum Vermieter aufgenommen hatten. Auch während des Aufenthalts fühlten wir uns gut betreut und standen im sehr netten Austausch. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Auch wenn das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt war, war der Aufenthalt mit Hund kein Problem. Die dort wohnenden Nachbarn sind aufgeschlossen und nett und man kann durchaus auch Abende draußen verbringen. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung. Wer allerdings Luxus sucht, ist hier an der falschen Adresse und auch gar nicht gewünscht. Das Grundstück hat zwei Ebenen, wo man morgens im Schatten am Teich frühstücken und weiter unten im Schatten grillen kann. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Das Objekt liegt an einer kleinen Straße, die aber wenig befahren ist und am Abend nur mal ein einzelnes Auto/Motorrad vorbeifährt (30er Zone). Das allerbeste ist die Lage direkt unterhalb des schönen Schlosses. Ein Spielplatz befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch eine kleine aber nette Abendgaststätte. Wir bedanken uns herzlich beim Vermieter für die angenehme Zeit.

Klein, aber oho

Gut geeignet für ein Pärchen. Haus bietet alles, was man benötigt: Voll ausgestattete Küche, Wohnzimmer mit SAT-TV, WLAN, schönen Garten mit Grill und und und. Ruhige Umgebung mit reichlich Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es war ein schöner Urlaub.
