Our condo is located on the North side of Snowshoe Mountain Resort, home to the best skiing and snowboarding the Southeast has to offer. In summer, there is Mountain Biking, Adventure Tours, Hiking and water activities at Shavers Lake. Gary Player's RAVEN Golf Club is 15 minutes away at the base of the mountain.

Our HOA operates security cameras all around the building grounds and our property manager lives onsite. We have a security camera on the back porch.

GETTING HERE & CHECKING IN: There is no Wifi coverage in many areas surrounding the resort and Wifi coverage on the mountaintop is variable. Below are local driving directions to help you find our building. Make sure you have access to the building name, unit number and code to unlock the door. IF YOU PLAN TO ARRIVE AFTER 10PM, THERE IS NO AFTER HOURS ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE.

>IF YOU’RE COMING FROM Rt. 219: Turn onto Rt. 66/Cass Rd. Go about 1/2 mile and turn left onto Snowshoe Drive. Follow Snowshoe Drive approximately 5 miles (you'll pass the entrance to Silver Creek about 2/3 of the way up) then look for the sign for POWDERIDGE. Turn sharp left at that sign and follow the road up. The road will turn again very sharply to the right. Continue past the sign for Powderidge, then take the first left. You'll see the Ridgewood building and parking lot directly ahead.

>IF YOU’RE COMING FROM CASS SCENIC RAILROAD: Follow Rt. 66/Cass Rd. for about 6 miles. Turn right onto Snowshoe Drive and follow that road for approximately 4 miles. After you pass the Village area and several housing complexes, start looking for a sign that says POWDERIDGE with an arrow pointing right. Turn soft right onto the small road immediately after that sign. The road will turn again very sharply to the right. Continue past the sign for the Powderidge complex, then take the first left. You'll see the Ridgewood building and parking lot directly ahead.

PARKING: Our lot is free for registered guests. One parking space is reserved for our unit. Due to limited space, parking in our lot before check in or after checkout is not permitted without prior authorization.

OUR CONDO HAS SELF-CHECK IN: Our unit is on the ground floor, just to the right of the center staircase. You'll walk down a short flight of stairs and turn right to find #52. Enter the door code we gave you on the keypad and you will hear the door unlock.

EVENT & ACTIVITY TICKETS: We recommend you buy tickets in advance as there may be limits on the number of tickets sold. You can buy tickets or pick up your pre-purchased tickets at The Depot, located in the village across from Expedition Rentals.

RENTAL EQUIPMENT: If you need to rent equipment, your best bet is to do it on the mountain. If you have any issues with your equipment, it can be fixed or replaced locally.

SHUTTLE SERVICE: It’s convenient, FREE, and allows you to travel all over the summit area without having to drive or find a parking spot. Availability and hours vary. Call 5808 from the unit phone for more info or to request a pick up. The shuttle stop is right next to the road you used to get to our building.

We live at Snowshoe year-round and can easily be reached via VRBO messaging to answer questions or provide information about the condo, resort, etc. Any issues with your lodging will be addressed promptly.
