Quiet time begins at 9pm for outdoors as we have neighbors to consider. Firepit should not be left to smolder. Registered Guests Only. No Parties.
Children must be accompanied in backyard, not left alone as pool is in fenced-in backyard, but can easily be accessed from house door. Not childproof.
All food in plastic bags/containers during stay. Leave used linens on beds and towels on bathroom floor. Dirty dishes in dishwasher.

Everything about this house is exactly what we were told it would be. The pool was amazing, the house was very clean and comfortable and there was a lot to do in the area. We would definitely rent it again.

My family spent a memorable 4 night here. The house has all the needed supplies to make your stay comfortable. The availability of the pool is such a plus for kids. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Overall we had a great time.

Fantastic home! Super clean, well stocked kitchen and great location. Incredible backyard!

Ellen was a fantastic host! We had a lovely long weekend, the house was perfect! Everything was super clean and the backyard, pool and fire pit were amazing! We absolutely loved our stay, would love to stay again!

Excellent! Perfect location, fully equipped house and lovely pool. The owner was very responsive and had some.good suggestion for restaurants and activities. Our entire family loved the house and would mind going back.Highly recommend this house (and the owner)!

Lovely house in a nice location

Really nice house, mostly quiet side street, close enough to town. Seems like the backyard and pool would be great for families & kids, but we were out of season and didn't have any kids along.

Wonderful house, great location, a lovely pool, and a super friendly host!

This place checked all the boxes. The house is spacious, updated, cozy, and has a great property. The pool was a huge hit and we spent a ton of time in the yard. The host was attentive, helpful, and so friendly. The house is close to restaurants, the lake, and parks. We would highly recommend this property when visiting the Finger Lakes! 10 out of 10!

Charming Canandaigua Experience

Ellen's Canandaigua property was the spot for a perfect summer getaway for my family. It had all the elements for summer fun. The house is impeccable and has comfortable beds and high quality linens/towels. The pool and outdoor area is just perfect! It is very quiet and tranquil, an abundance of pleasant wildlife sounds at night, but close to many conveniences. There is a lot to do in Canandaigua and nearby Rochester for children of all ages. Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Pristine Cottage w Swimming Pool

Great experience. We are not new to VRBO and this was one of our best stays. Excellent communication w owner. Speedy responses to questions! Thoughtful, fun, “gifts” made the experience special. Since we cook most of our meals, the Tupperware selection was the best we have ever had in a rental. Incredible large washer and dryer unit. TV and internet worked well although use the information in the handy book owner provided and not what VRBO sent. Our family would definitely book again!
