This welcoming 3-bedroom home is conveniently located in a lakeside community along Canandaigua Lake. Enjoy the nearby lake and all the activities you would expect in the Finger Lakes. Take a stroll along West Lake Road and enjoy views of the lake beautiful all year. In the summer, it is a short walk to the beach for a quick swim. This lovely house allowed us to stay in comfort while exploring the Canandaigua Lake area. Communication with both the host and the property manager was excellent. We enjoyed using the well-supplied kitchen during our stay. The bedrooms and the bathrooms all provided plenty of drawer and closet storage. The proximity to the lake is wonderful, with views from the second floor, as well as from the end of the street. We would highly recommend this property!

Everything was wonderful! House was clean and well stocked. Check in and check out was easy. Friends and i went to a concert at CMAC, which was a easy 10 minute drive and hiked a waterfall in Naples. Walk to the lake was very nice. We saw lots of wildlife while having morning coffee on the back deck! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you sharing your lovely home!

Clean, well-stocked home in a nice, quiet neighborhood

This is one of the best equipped homes we’ve ever stayed in. From kitchen to linens, to laundry and paper supplies, we never lacked for any necessary resources. The home is well-cared for and is located around the corner and down the street from the lake in a very nice neighborhood. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the home.

Nice stay near the water

Was in town for a baby shower at Nolan’s about 5 minutes away. Great location for us! Really didn’t spend much time in the house but beds were comfortable, cozy place. Would’ve loved to explore the water but it was a rainy weekend.

Concert/wine trip

The Lake House was so beautiful and homey at the same time. Close to the venue for our concert and also within short drives to explore wine country. Area was quiet and relaxing and we hated to leave. Host was so attentive and easy to reach. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if in area.

Wedding Getaway

Everything about this place was perfect, especially the location. There was a public beach right at the end of the road and just a short trip into town. I had coffee on the deck both mornings and the view out back was really nice!

Lovely stay

Location and place worked well for us. Location was what we wanted - close to Canandaigua. Plenty of room for us and we liked we had the option of eating inside or out. Would stay here again next time we are in town visiting.

I have lived in the Finger Lakes region of NYS for my entire life. My husband and I moved to Canandaigua in 2000 and we are raising our four daughters here. Our oldest daughter recently had our first grandson and she and her husband also reside in Canandaigua. I own a marketing company that works in travel and tourism and my husband recently retired from the NYS DEC. One of my close friends moved away and I was able to buy her home. It has been a family affair getting this home ready to host guests. My daughter has helped with the decorating and small details, my son-in-law has provided a lot of the remodeling and maintenance work, and my husband has helped with the yard and gardening. We continue to work on improvements that will make this home welcoming to guests and their families.

This home is located in a quiet lakeside community. The street makes for a great walk around the neighborhood or take a turn and head down to West Lake Road. One of my favorite roads to walk on is West Lake, I love to look at the lake, the wildlife, and the beautiful homes there. The lot is deep and backs up to a forever wildlife area. You will see deer, squirrels, and lots of birds in the yard and around the area. You will feel at peace when you stay in this welcoming home.
