Osmell is responsive to emails and troubleshooting, if necessary. The home is nice and clean and basic amenities are provided. It’s not a place where you would say sit outside to relax. But we’re in Vegas so we don’t come to do that!

Really enjoyed our stay. Home was in a great location, not too far from the strip (about 20 mins with traffic). A typical blue class neighborhood, so not all homes are updated, but everyone was very friendly. We're felt safe walking around and leaving our car out front. Lots of options for walking the dogs. Home has a large backyard, great for the dogs to drink around. And nice patio set under the breezeway. It was easy to access the unit and host was very responsive when I had questions or issues. Very tech savvy, with smart speakers in every room and a smart TV. Entire home is not renovated, but is still nice.

We had a great extended stay in this house! Our only complaint is that you cannot use both showers at the same time, or else there is no hot water, and the shower heads are pretty short.

Clean, pleasant home. Great location. Security features were an awesome bonus. Only qualm is that the showerheads are a bit low for anyone round 6' tall 😂 but that's pretty standard in older homes. It was a lovely place. We'll absolutely stay here again.
