We had a great stay!

We had a great stay! It was comfortable and convenient, and the bed was super comfortable. The only thing I’d recommend is upgrading the pillows.

Great location and amenities

The property was new and well appointed. I was in Tupelo for a family funeral so the location was perfect for different activities and to be able to meet with friends downtown and shopping downtown. I will definitely stay again when visiting Tupelo.

Great Location with Cool Decor

Modern apartment in walking distance to all things downtown - plus a great coffee shop just next door! The property manager was quick to reply to my one request (like within minutes it was done). Highly recommend this studio apartment. Much cheaper and nicer than the hotels in town as well!

This building is very important historical building in Tupelo, MS. The Federal Building was built in 1962 and housed the FBI, CIA, Social Security, and USPS. In recent years it only housed the USPS until renovated in 2022. Currently; apartments, commercial space, and the USPS.
