We stayed here for our Car Week trip. Everything was great, easy in and out. It was clean and well stocked. Not an issue but the driveway to the parking is very steep, worth noting, not a problem. Would stay again!

Great location. The beach, restaurants and shops were right down the block. We were able to walk everywhere, only moved the car on the first day to go grocery shopping. The condo was bright and roomy, very clean and the bed comfortable. Everything was in good working order. We really enjoyed the whole experience and would visit again in the future.

The place was exactly as pictured. The walk in town was short and the location was very convenient to come and go. Plenty of space and natural light. Would definitely rent it again.

Perfect for our stay in Capitola!

We loved this cute apartment for so many reasons! It was dog friendly, quiet and SO close to everything we wanted to do while visiting beautiful Capitola! We felt like a local and got to know the town as well as the surrounding towns nearby. On site parking was a huge perk and the apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a couple and their furry friend. Thank you!

Capitola short stay

Property is clean and well equipped and a half block from Capitola villiage shops,restaurants and beach. Stayed here three nights with our poodle while our home wood floors were being sanded and refinished. Only issue is that there are no dogs allowed on this beach. Otherwise everything great.

Perfect

The unit is beautiful, very comfortable, close to literally everything, quiet, friendly neighborhood, & dog friendly. We will definitely stay here again. I especially appreciated the fact that I accidentally came a day early and was promptly accommodated. Really saved the day. Thank you!!

The condo was exactly what I needed for my work trip; wifi worked great and the kitchen counter was a good working space. It was nice walking to Mr Toots for coffee in the morning and then sitting by the beach with my coffee and pastry before work. Check-in was easy and the host provided clear, detailed instructions. Facilities were tidy upon arrival and I personally had no issues. Thanks again!

Capitola

Everything was perfect except for the noise from the street. The bedroom window in #2 faces the adjacent building. The adjacent building wall next door bounces the street noise right into the room.

Loud traffic

Traffic was loud, not the fault of Capitola Vista. Just a not for Vrbo clients. The room was very nice. The location was great. The only issue was jackholes with loud modified exhaust, only being forthright. Again the host has zero control over the issue. Next time I’ll bring earplugs

The apartment was in the perfect location! So close to shops and the beach but wasn’t loud at all. We had the windows open at night since there was no AC and we didn’t hear anybody that would wake us up. The bed was actually very comfy too. Probably the comfiest vacation home bed I’ve ever slept on. Hosts were responsive and offered help with anything we may need! Loved it.

love capitola

we love visiting Capitola. My husband and I enjoy the little village shops, the clean beach, the surf and sun. We've stayed many times, and even though everything about this property is new and in beautiful condition, I give three stars because it's located on the main drag. night and day cars speed up and down the broken down road in front of the living room windows and it sounds like you're on the freeway. you could keep the windows shut of course, and the noise isn't so bad, but there is no air conditioning so this tactic only works when it's cold outside. Had a wonderful time, just won't be staying here again
