This place is perfect for a weekend getaway! We did a couples trip with two of our friends and enjoyed the hiking trail on the property, the orchard 5 mins down the road, the wineries nearby and the scenic views of the fall foliage. Tom was great in giving helpful information about the house and things to do in the area. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to spend a weekend away in the mountains.

We absolutely loved staying here. Family stay with 1 pupper. We loved the butterfly garden and creek. Also the coffee deck for thunderstorm watching was incredible. Definitely reccomend for a wonderful stay in nature. Tom greeted us upon arrival and was VERY good at communicating if we had any questions.

This is a wonderful quaint farmhouse. Tom, the host was excellent in communicating. This is a great place for large families as there are multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. It also feels very remote, but it's not far from essentials.

We enjoyed staying here. The place is quaint and feels like living in the middle of the forest, but safe and comfortable. The nooks in the house are well-planned, gives us a feeling of being in a historic home.

Lovely stay in a picturesque setting

We enjoyed a retreat from the city in this lovingly cared for farmhouse. Tom was super responsive and our kids had a great time playing in the creek and in the woods.

This is hands down the best property to stay in for a comfortable, close to nature experience. I stayed here with my girlfriend and a group of friends and we had a blast hiking around the property, hanging out by the fire pit, cooking dinners together, and watching scary movies. It was pet friendly and the dog had a great time running around. 10/10 experience and I am looking forward to booking it again this winter!

The host and location were very welcoming. The Halloween and fall decorations made us feel right at home. What stood out the most was the second floor sitting room with the fireplace. It was cozy and calming and we could have sat there all night! Looking forward to our next visit!

We were there over the Christmas holidays, The farmhouse was very nicely decorated for Christmas, we were very happy with the accommodations and would definitely stay there again

Family time

Hiking, playing in the creek, S'mores by the fire pit, enjoying meals on the porch all add up to fun memories. We enjoyed our stay.

Good property. Clean and good location. Had a lot of stink bugs and wasps that got inside on the 3rd floor and wife didn't like the stink bugs falling on us in the bed. Was provided a handheld vacuum to get them up. Very nice owner who stayed in communication with me the whole time. Only one of the TVs worked but ok only there 2 nights. Kitchen well stocked with all supplies and farmhouse had a ton of character and was decorated nice.

The host, Tom, was so flexible while we waited to see what happened with a snowstorm. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was decorated for Christmas, and comfy throws were on the chairs. It felt like a family member had left their home open to us and we had a fabulous time.

Excellent quaint getaway

We had a great time at this adorable farmhouse! Our family of 5 enjoyed cooked meals together at the table, tea and coffee every morning, and board games every night! Tom was extremely hospitable and made sure our stay was perfect!

Wonderful stay

Andrea, it was such a joy to have you and your extended family visit us, including Knot Head (the golden retriever service dog). I am sure that you set a travel record with arrivals from Louisiana, Virginia, Utah, Nevada, and Maryland, and New York. I’m also sure that’s the biggest monopoly game we’ve ever seen on our dining room table! Wedding Weekend

The home was spacious, very comfortable and had all we needed. Ideal location for our vineyard wedding just 10 minutes away. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well.
