House available for rental from Sunday October 1st, 2023, through Monday April 1st, 2024. $3,000 rental cost per month, not including utilities. 6 month minimum and maximum rental stay. Renter is responsible for cost of heat, air, electricity, snow plowing, and other essentials. $3,000 security deposit required upon arrival that will be returned shortly after departure, if there are no issues discovered inside. Beautiful area along the Connecticut shoreline. Only a 15 minute drive to the expanding Tweed New Haven Airport. 20 minutes to the Yale University, and 1 hour and 30 minutes to Times Square, NY. Only 5 minutes to I-95. Amazing shopping complex a half a mile down the road with a lot to offer. 2 amazing restaurants feel down the road from the house. Only a 10 minute drive to the Post Road that has anything you need! Very safe area with friendly, kind people. Only steps to the ocean, it is beautiful being down here any month of the year. Feel free to schedule a time to tour the house any week day we could coordinate from July to October, to see if this would be the right longterm stay for you. Only have old pictures of the inside, but has been kept in check. Just a small living room, kitchen, then 2 small bedrooms upstairs. 1 overviewing the ocean and 1 overview the street. top floor has a full bathroom and the bottom has a bathroom with a shower.
