This house was so cluttered with a million things it felt claustrophobic. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The owner only provided sheets for one bed, and 2 towels and hand towels for the bath. Everything made us feel like like it wasn't our place to be there, as if we were intruders. The porch was large and right on the beach. It was a great spot. If only we could've stayed outside the whole time. There is no A/C, so if it gets hot, the rooms upstairs are sweltering. Some of the window screens had holes, so I didn't open them for fear of mosquitoes. The TV was only "Apple" TV and the owner couldn't explain how to work it. I couldn't even turn it on. While she genuinely seemed to want us to enjoy ourselves, I did not complain directly to her because there was really nothing she could do about it. It's a very old house/camp on the beach. If you feel like roughing it and paying top dollar--go for it! The walks on the beach at low tide were fantastic!
I will think twice before using VRBO again.
