This 3600 square foot riverfront home is located in Covington! The home’s prime location is nestled within the heart of the city but is situated on a secluded property that overlooks the Tchefuncte River. Reserve this home for family vacations on the river or quick getaways.

There is also an approximately 800 sq ft apartment with 1 queen bed, 1 full bath, and kitchen/living room (with 2 separate and private porches) located downstairs. This house can fit multiple families with room to spare, and its open floor plan also offers a pool table, card-playing table, full-size bar, and a fully stocked kitchen.
Not only is there a porch located at the front of the home, but there is also a back porch, perfect for sipping your morning coffee, that overlooks the river.
The boat pier is situated directly on the Tchefuncte River and has water access with an adjacent sandy beach. You can take a boat to various restaurants in Covington or Madisonville, or you can head out to Lake Ponchatrain!
