A small maintenance issue was quickly addressed by Tony the property manager. Tony was very helpful and friendly. His homemade baked ziti was amazing and provided for a very enjoyable family meal. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was wonderful. The pools were great and was especially nice with have a 3 year old. The medium sized 3ft pool was his favorite. The beach was beautiful. The pool and beach never felt crowded, as opposed to many other places we have been. We would definitely come back.

In need of improvement

The condo needs updating. The bathtub was small and difficult to shower in. There was a musty odor when we entered. The kitchen utensils were sparse.The owner was friendly and responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo. He admitted that the tub was in need of repair which he did not fix so that we could use the condo as scheduled.Overall, we have a mixed review of our condo stay.

Villa Capriani

The condo was really nice, but they need a new bed, and the shower floor seemed to need repairs. The parking situation was terrible, as there is no parking assigned to each condo, we had to park across the street all week. The pool and the beach access were awesome, and everything else was great, just needs a few tweeks.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect little condo for a couple’s getaway! The views were stunning, the pools were amazing, the beach was wonderful, and the condo was spacious for two people! Highly recommend!

This condominium is not very well maintained. Due to its location, salt spray necessitates constant vigilance against rust. This unit needs some painting and updated appliances. One TV was inoperable. The dishwasher was loose from its moorings. The refrigerator has rust on the door. The kitchen sink had no water sprayer. The living room television speakers were blown out and had very poor sound quality. The tub/shower had curtains instead of sliding doors. The toilet was so eighties. The bathroom sink had no stopper mechanism. However, the condo has access to a great pool area and restaurant.

Perfect Mommy/Daughter Get Away

This one bedroom condo was the perfect little get away for our mommy/daughter get-away. Clean with an amazing view, super close access to the pool area and beach. Location is great, as you are not too far down on the north end so makes for a shorter trip into Snead Ferry if needed. Would definitely book again.

Very Nice Property

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay here. There were a few things that weren't ideal. First was the apparent thinness of the walls/ceilings. Unfortunately, we could hear every single step the family above us took. The parking is all a matter of luck. Sometimes you get to park close to the building, most of the time you will have to park across the road. Not a huge issue for myself and my daughter, but my wife is disabled and needs a chair for distances that long. The sleeper sofa has a typical thin mattress. If anyone larger than a child needs to sleep on it, you won't be comfortable. The patio door also sticks and if the humidity is high, you will have a much harder time opening the door. All that aside, the unit is quite comfortable. It has newer appliances and a great balcony view. Anthony, the host, is very quick to respond to any issues you may have. If my small complaints with the place aren't deal breakers, then I would recommend staying here.

Nice place but very dated for the money

Great location and a nice place. For the money that is charged, I believe that the room should be updated past the 1990's. Pool was nice. The parking is very limited and majority must park across the road with no side walk to enter the property. We checked in on a Saturday and the dumpsters were over flowing until the following friday. I wont be returning for a second stay.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay a few days before the 4th of July. The host Anthony is amazing!! He was always quick to respond to questions beforehand. We hope to rent from him again in the future! I gave my review 5stars overall because we had a great time!!! The food at Splash was sooo good. You must try the boom boom shrimp! The unit it self is more outdated than the pictures show and the couch and bed are not that comfortable.

Great Location

The villa was great. The bed in the main bedroom should be replaced. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was exactly where we wanted to be. The views of the ocean from our balcony were great. It was close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay at this location in the future.

Great stay

This was my first time visiting NTB and staying at the Villa Capriani. I liked the location and the property. Tony was very nice and easy to work with. I didn't have any issues during my stay.
