This beautiful top floor unit at Villa Capriani has been totally renovated. With 3 new smart TVs , your whole family is sure to find something they love.
With a balcony that overlooks the complex's multiple pools and the ocean, the evening’s waning light coupled with the sounds of the waterfall below will transport you to a tropical location. Sleeps 8.The condo was redesigned this winter with new paint ,new beds ,new remote ceiling fans in the bedrooms for your comfort, to give you a great homelike experience.
Sitting on the balcony gives you amazing views during the day and quiet beauty in the evening.
Picture yourself having your morning coffee on the balcony while dolphins are playing in the surf, or when was the last you saw a squadron of pelicans tipping their wings in the waves. or even a shrimp boat going by catching what might be your dinner for the night.
It is truly a paradise here and that's why we moved here 21 years ago

We had a great time - we loved the view, enjoyed the pools, swam in the ocean and ate at the Splash restaurant. I would stay there again and we had family in other units and theirs were nice too.

Everything we could have wanted for a vacation for 3 adults and an 8 year old. Facility was well staffed and included resort like amenities. Beautiful from the balcony each morning. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Our host Tony was excellent with communication. The place has amazing views. Love the pools and hot tub. Right on the beach! Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Love the linen service. Would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was just as pictured, and had the most amazing view. The pools never feel crowded and are extremely well taken care of. All of the staff taking care of the pool area were extremely friendly and clearly cared about making sure it was kept in great condition. A huge plus that the pool stays open until 11 as night swimming is one of our favorite things. Beach access was easy, and had three areas to spray off at as soon as you come off the beach so you were never waiting on anyone to finish. The restaurant located here was one of the best we had the whole vacation!The host of this room went above and beyond to help us with several things throughout our trip. His kindness, responsiveness, and hospitality made such a difference, and we can’t say enough good things about him!We’re so grateful for such a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this condo and resort to anyone!

Best view from balcony. Weather was not the best but The Splash by the Sea on-site restaurant was our place to go. We ate there multiple times during our visit and went to their bar too. Beautiful grounds and amenities! We will be back!

Nice view and right on the beach. Linens were not there, but property manager was very helpful and responded immediately. Biggest complaint was that there was an opening in the roof where the birds entered at night. The birds would wake us very early each morning as they walked around in the ceiling and with their birdsong!

Amazing time! The resort is beautiful as is the views! The condo was more than expected and very clean. As a military family, we enjoy our family vacation here. A little bit for everyone in the family from the beach, to the multiple pools, and hot tubs. I highly recommend this resort and this specific condo!

The unit has been updated since our last stay. New bunk bed for the kids, new fridge, microwave, tv etc. We have stayed here a couple times and our always satisfied. The view is great and Tony is easy to work with.

North Topsail 4th of July stay

We had such a good time staying during the holiday week. The mini resort was so pleasurable. The unit was a bit on the small side but the 4 of us managed just fine and will be back. Thank you Tony!

Condo is right on the beach and great view of ocean. Wish we could have used the pools and hot tub but they did not open on April 1 like they should have.
