Megan was a great host and the house met all of our expectations and above. Very clean and close to all of the Plaza and downtown attractions and restaurants. The key pad check-in process is very easy and check out was easy as well. My sister and I had a wonderful stay!

A perfect location with easy access to wonderful dining and all that Kansas City has to offer. The house was clean and comfortable for all of our family and Megan was an excellent communicator. We will definitely utilize her again if the opportunity presents itself!

We had everything we needed. The layout of the house was perfect. Location was great. Check-in and out was amazing. If you plan to stay in the summer, the upstairs bedroom has its own AC unit that is loud- just fyi.

Hosts were very nice and communicative. The big yard was great for my dog, he had a blast. And I myself enjoyed the property (especially the video game room).

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property, but there is some general maintenance and upkeep that could be done at this property as well. The house was generally clean besides some hard water buildup in the bathrooms and some random ants in the main bathroom. The location was very convenient and it was really nice to let our toddler ride her bike in this neighborhood. Very low traffic quiet street noise. He did have some trouble with the lock arrived checking in and the host was very quick to respond.

Street parking available, plus walkability to local restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Only complaint was that you have to keep most of the doors open in the house to stay warm at night, and the rain shower heads don’t rinse the shampoo out of your hair very well.
