Thanks a lot! So glad you enjoyed the house and found the location just right. Looking forward to your next visit!
Host had great communication. The house is set up for small groups, we were a group of 4 adults, with room to quietly watch tv or play games and socialize. The kitchen had a great coffee maker with great coffe mugs. The refrigerator seems new and well maintained, so you feel good about putting your food in there. The water pressure was great and ample hot water for four showers. It was a great stay for a weekend away.
It was a nice location to walk downtown to many restaurants coffee shops and Main Street. The farmers market on the way out of town was perfect way to end our time

About the host
Hosted by Amy
Welcome! Our family is so excited to host you! We LOVE to travel anywhere and everywhere. When our kids have breaks from school you can find us in Door County, Wisconsin, on a lake in northern Wisconsin, visiting family in Florida, or spending time in the Great Smoky Mountains. We enjoy going for bike rides, hanging out on our front porch in the summer, eating ice cream and spending lots of time with family and friends.
Why they chose this property
Vacations in Door County have been a family tradition for us for years. We love the location of this house since it is close enough to downtown Sturgeon Bay that we can walk to several restaurants and lots of activities. Sturgeon Bay is also a great gateway to the northern parts of the peninsula, yet far enough south that we don't have to deal with bad traffic when it's time to head home from vacation. We also love that this particular house allowed us the opportunity to create a game room for our whole family to enjoy while on vacation.
What makes this property unique
The game room is the highlight of this home for us. Vacations are all about creating great family memories and we've loved spending time here as a family laughing and together.
