Our own Private Resort

It truly was a private high end resort experience. Had all the ammenities inside and outside, kitched well stocked for at home cooking, and host was very responsive. Everyone in the family enjoyed the stay! Will stay here again if in the area.

The communication with the host was nothing short of stellar. They were just wonderful with getting back to me about anything and quickly. I was honestly amazed at how quickly.Property was as described. It was so nice to have everything you needed especially when traveling with small children. So nice to have a safety gate around the pool. They even had appropriate size silverware for toddlers. The MS PAC MAN was a huge hit with the whole family. Really nice to have a variety of games to use while we were there. Towels nice and fresh.

Amazing stay

We enjoyed our stay in Indio! The hot tub and pool were amazing. We golfed on one day because it’s on a golf course and we didn’t even realize that. The kitchen was fully accommodating! Would highly recommend.

Indian Wells tennis stay

We came for the tennis and stayed for a month. Convenient location for the BNP Paribas tennis tournament. House was very much as portrayed in the listing and very clean. Host was terrific -- responsive and helpful.

Great vacation rental

This Vrbo is one of the best we’ve experienced. The home is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked, and the backyard was a dream with jacuzzi, pool and outdoor fireplace. The home is in a friendly gated community with amenities such as pickleball courts and a golf course. Our family of nine thoroughly enjoyed it.

Clean and well furnished

Lovely decor, extremely clean, and perfect for 7-8 adults. I would say more than that is hard to sleep comfortably! We had a fabulous stay with good proximity to tennis garden. Also a nice well stocked kitchen and living room perfect for enjoying breakfast and watching sports on the big screen

Birthday getaway

When we arrived everything was in order. It was my birthday getaway and it didn’t disappoint. I received a birthday gift from the owners which was very nice, if I had a issue with the property and communicated with them they were quick to respond . The information binder loved it very helpful a good source to refer to. We loved our stay.

Fantastic home with an amazing outdoor space. Nicely done inside. “ common space “ beds really only appropriate for kids in my opinion. We would absolutely do this house again

CA stay

This vacation home was super clean stocked with everything you could want. It’s located inside a gated community. I especially loved the outdoor areas - the fire pit, pool and spa, the large table and chairs. We spent much of our time outside in the beautiful sunshine in the spa or around the table eating meals while reminiscing about funny stories or playing games. My sister and her husband stayed in the casita situated on the property a wonderful place with its own private room and restroom. We had a great stay,I would highly recommend this house for friends or families.

Communication before arrival was excellent, but our experience changed completely after check-in.The backyard did not resemble the listing photos. The patio furniture and cushions were dirty, the patio needed sweeping & the pool contained leaves and debris. More concerning, we found a dirty kitchen refrigerator, a dirty auxiliary refrigerator, a large clump of hair in the drain (noticed when I began showering), fecal specs in the casita toilet, and other signs of inadequate cleaning between guests. What was most disappointing was the owner's response. After we politely reported these issues, she largely dismissed the concerns, never acknowledged the interior sanitation problems, never apologized, never requested the photos we offered & never arranged for the remaining issues to be addressed.Instead, she contacted VRBO and instructed them to offer us a refund to leave the property. VRBO then called, offering to help us cancel our reservation. When we explained there were no comparable accommodations available over the holiday weekend & that we were staying, the owner continued strongly suggesting we vacate, rather than working with us to resolve the problems.We have rented many vacation homes and understand that unexpected issues happen. The difference is how they're handled. We left feeling that reporting legitimate concerns made us unwelcome. I cannot recommend this property based on both its condition upon arrival and the owner's handling of our concerns.
