2 Bedroom/1 Bath located on Lake Waramaug. 90 Minutes from NYC and 5 minutes from quaint New Preston. A fun summer retreat where you can take an early morning walk or bike around the lake. Enjoy dining in Kent or Washington. And only 15 minutes from historic Litchfield.

Master bedroom has a queen, other bedroom has 2 double beds. A wood burning fireplace is in the sun room. The full kitchen has a gas stove and all the cooking pots/pans/utensils to fix a gourmet meal. AC unit to cool down from summer nights

A separate stand alone sleeping Cottage Suite with a queen bed is located a short walk from the main house can be included for additional fee.

This is a great getaway. Come and relax and enjoy the countryside of New England.

Close to dining, shopping and leisurely drives around the Lake.

Wonderful Cottage!

What a great place to enjoy the summer with the whole family. Modern comforts in a classic summer cottage. Our kids had a blast on the lake kayaking, swimming and hiking. Local shops, great restaurants and golfing are all close by. Beautiful views of the sunset from the deck. Easy commute to NYC. We will definitely will be back!

Wonderful Cottage!!

We are a couple who loves to travel and fix up/repair/decorate homes. We love the New England area in the fall foliage and this cottage is just the perfect spot. Close to NYC and Litchfield County has some wonderful dining and historic experiences.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy the East Coast and this cottage is in the heart of Litchfield County. It has everything we need for a weekend or a summer stay. Close to NYC and it is located on a beautiful Lake.

What makes this property unique

Close to NYC/Boston/Hartford. Close by wonderful dining and is driving distance for many day trips like Sleepy Hollow, Foxwoods, local golf courses, and much more. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably. Fun antiquing and located on the Connecticut Wine Trail.
