Guests also have access to the pool house, which has 2 queen beds and a full bathroom.

Guest Access:

There is one parking spot in the carport. There is also room for two more cars in the driveway, blocking the first cars in. Additionally, there is plenty of free street parking right outside the home for as many cars as needed.

When it comes to satisfying your taste buds, the east side's array of eateries and taco trucks will leave you spoiled for choice. Live music? Check. Nighttime shenanigans? Double check. Friday nights in East Austin are like a choose-your-own-adventure book, and you don't need a fat wallet to have a blast. Shopping choices are enormous, with thrift and vintage stores at prices that can't be beat as well as locally owned boutiques. Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



Swimming Pool:

• Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and must be added for the entire stay.

• Please note the pool can only be heated when the outside temperature is above 60°F, and we require at least 48 hours advance notice.

• The pool is serviced every Monday by our maintenance team.

• The pool is for guest use only. Pets are not permitted in the pool.



Pet Friendly:

• Pets less than 60lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets )

• A pet fee of $50/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $50 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.



Additional Services:

• Propane Tank (BBQ grill/Fire pit)- one time charge of $55 to unlock propane tank.

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property. 2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. 3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets. A pet fee will apply per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets and no large pets allowed (less than 30lbs) 4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
