And as you might guess from the name, this bungalow is infused with southern charm from great art work right down to comfortable beds and monogrammed linens! This is also a family home with a big backyard that is perfect for children.

Why they chose this property

This bungalow is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Lewisburg, WV called the Graham District. Its very family oriented, very safe and within walking distance to downtown!

What makes this property unique

This bungalow, built in the 1950's was renovated in 2019 with a completely renovated kitchen and updated bath. In addition to a renovated kitchen with new appliances , we have a new AC system and a tankless hot water system so that you never have to have a cold shower. The house also reflects my "southern hospitality" with a few nibbles waiting on your arrival and a supply of things like toothbrushes or other personal items that you accidentally forgot to pack!
