This was the perfect place for a girls trip to Maui, plus a baby! The hosts extremely responsive and super helpful! Location is wonderful and close to so many good places to eat, walking, and the beach was only about 1/2 block to walk to. It was a quiet beach perfect for morning walks and afternoon rest! The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean with great parking right out front. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location to the ocean. Beach across the street. Nice facility. Had everything you need. The master bedroom the bed is starting to sink to middle. The pool and hot tub was nice. I Would stay here again!

Perfect stay!

The property's description doesn't do it justice! The location is exquisite, close to all amenities, and most importantly a short (even barefoot) walk to a quiet beach. The apartment has everything you can imagine for a comfortable stay. We are already dreaming of booking for next year!

Great stay

My husband and I had a great time in Maui and were very comfortable in this home. The neighborhood was great and the owners were very responsive. I know one review said the bed was small but it fit me and my husband just fine… and he’s 6+ feet tall.

James & Julie were great hosts! Communication was easy and the recommendations they gave us were awesome. The place was perfect! We had stayed at Kihei Garden Estates before but this place was our favorite by far! The outdoor comfortable lounge area was peaceful as we watched the parrots every morning. The place also comes equipped with everything you need! Games, beach toys, water football & volleyball, chairs, umbrella etc. This place really did have it all and we are very grateful! We left a fun card game of monopoly deal that we enjoyed to play outside since the seating was so comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

Steps to the beach was as advertised - 5 stars

James & Julie's property was as advertised, located in a quiet complex and away from the buzz of traffic. The kitchen had everything I needed and was functional. The location was perfect for me, close to the ocean, and a short walk to my church, the gym, restaurants, food trucks, and the grocery store. The morning sunshine on the lanai made a wonderful space to enjoy breakfast and coffee. Check in was seamless and parking was convenient. The bed was comfortable and I rarely used air conditioning, although it was available. The pool and grilling area were just a short walk across the grass and were very nice. If you're looking for an affordable place with conscientious owners, this is your place.

Great location and all the amenities suited my needs. Condo is located in a quiet neighborhood about a 2 minute walk to the beach; a 5 minute walk to Times grocery store; 5-7 minute walk to Nalu's South Shore Grill (a favorite of mine); and an easy drive to many other fun activities. My only complaint, and it is minor, is the size of the bed in the bedroom is only a full-size. It's ok for 2 children or 2 petite people. But, for 2 adults it would be cramped. I traveled solo, so it wasn't a big deal to me. But if I were traveling with my partner who is 6'5", we would've had to sleep on the pull-out sofa bed or separately.

Amazing stay! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this place! Perfectly clean! Stocked with everything beach vacationers would want....boogie boards, lawn chairs, snorkels, foldable wagon & beach towels. They were very accommodating and friendly! Nicely decorated! We would give it 10 stars if it was possible....They went way above and beyond and were very timely and attentive to any request. We absolutely lived it! No one would be disappointed with this place and hosts.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Away from the crowded touristy beaches and resorts, our tastefully refreshed beach condo is in a smaller boutique type condominium complex that feels more like a home than many of the resort style complexes in Kihei.

The condo has been updated and stocked to fill most if not all of your needs. Master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, TV, closet and AC unit. Kitchen is completely stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, cutting boards, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, etc… along with a brand new refrigerator and stove. Living area has AC unit, table for four, brand new smart TV, comfy chair and a couch that makes into a queen size bed. Lanai has brand new large table that seats up to 6.

As mentioned before, the best part about our condo is its location. You are a short walk to some of the most popular shopping and restaurants in Kihei including Nalu’s South Shore Grill, Coconut’s Fish Cafe, Miso Phat Sushi, Fork and Salad, Pizza Madness, Fabiani’s, plus the super popular Kihei Food Truck Park, just to name a few.

There are also lots of quick bites and a supermarket close by. You can also join the locals for fun and festivities at the Kihei Fourth Friday Town Party where all of Kihei gets together for live music and fun every 4th Friday of the month at the Azeka Shopping Center just a short walk away.

You are also in the perfect location to explore the rest of the island. Wailea and Makena are less than 10 minutes away. Maalaea, the launching point for world class snorkeling and whale watching tours, as well as home to the Maui Ocean Center, is only 20 minutes away. Plus, day trips to Lahaina, Haleakala Crater, Paia, Makawao, and Hana are all very easy from our condo's central location which is only minutes to the main highway.
