Shred Shed- Sleeps 10- Near Trails- Bentonville

We are located 2 miles from Coler and 4 miles from Slaughter Pen & the Bentonville square. We have customized this home to comfortably sleep 10 people. Our home is designed to make you feel welcome in our natural and minimalistic atmosphere that is focused on simplicity and a calm environment. We focus on using all natural cleaning products to keep our house fresh and free of toxic chemicals and smells. We are family friendly, welcome children, & large friend groups so you can explore NWA!

A family friendly home that sleeps 10 people. Each bedroom has its own closet to store your luggage and items. There is a bathroom off the master bedroom with the king size bed along with a small work desk in the room. The queen bedroom, twin bedroom, and bunk bed room are located on the other end of the house with a hall full bathroom. The kitchen has an open view into the living room and has a small kitchen table that seats 6. The laundry room, with an ironing board and iron, is located right off the living room. There is an attached garage for you to store your bikes or gear. Please park in the driveway or directly in front of the house on the road. Please do not park your vehicle in the garage unless asking host prior to doing so. There is a patio table on the deck in the backyard for you to enjoy. This home is located in a nice little neighborhood that is quiet and family friendly. There is a Walmart market less than a mile away from the house along with several other restaurants and stores. You’ll find this location is 2 miles from the Coler trail head and 4 miles from the downtown square and Slaughter pen trail head.
Other things to note
We are not responsible for your likes or dislikes of the wifi speed. The speed is 300mbps and works great in our opinion.

The bunk bed room has a light/fan set up. Please do not turn the fan on if there are children (or even adults) sleeping on the top bunks. Use bunk beds at your own discretion.

The TV is a smaller size, 32 inches. Please note this. If you choose to use the tv, please abstain from watching explicit content. We obviously cannot control what anyone watches, but this is a request that we hope is honored.

The kitchen table has 6 chairs, the house sleeps 10. Please note.

DO NOT unplug the white hub door connection from behind the front door. That is essential to your access to the house. DO NOT unplug the Wi-Fi please.

We do not promise complete silence in the neighborhood, as there are other homes and people that live nearby. Although it is a very quiet neighborhood, every now and then there are dogs barking and kids playing, etc. If you have further questions, please inquire.

HOUSE RULES:

1) no parties!
2) no pets!
3) NO SMOKING or drugs of any kind in our house, yard, or garage.
4) Report any damage IMMEDIATELY with a photo or video.
5) Please be respectful and kind to our home and local neighbors.
6) Pick up your trash and messes please.
7) Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave the house at ANY time.

BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT:
1) Put all the used dishes in the dishwasher.
2) Take out any of your food out of the fridge.
3) Turn OFF all lamps and lights.
4) Turn AC to 70 or heat to 72.
5) Make sure all doors and windows are locked.
6) Strip any used beds and leave articles on the bed.
7) Place used towels and washcloths and kitchen towels in hamper in laundry room

We have 3 OUTSIDE cameras for our protection and yours. The neighborhood is a safe neighborhood, but for legal and security purposes with VRBO, we have added these outside cameras to ensure that renters are not hosting parties etc, and when the home is vacant, there is constant monitoring.
