Large Südstadt apartment between fair and Cty 4th Pers / 4EZ
In addition to the central living-dining-kitchen area with fireplace, the apartment offers four independent rooms, at least one of which is equipped with a French bed (160cm) suitable for couples.
Furthermore, our guests can use two separate bathrooms. There is a balcony where smoking is allowed.
Otherwise smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
The house is a renovated old building from 1926 with a red brick facade typical of Hanover's southern part of town.
In addition to the cozy, functional furnishings in the Scandinavian country house style, the great advantages of the apartment include the convenient location.
Tram (5min), S-Bahn (5min) and bus (2min) are easily accessible on foot. The city is 2 km away, the exhibition center is 5 km away and can be reached in a few minutes without changing trains.
Guests can reach the airport directly by S-Bahn in less than half an hour.
The Maschsee with the arena and Hanover's most popular local recreation area is 1 km away.
We attach great importance to cleanliness and expect our guests to leave the apartment tidy.
