Welcome to your North Fork getaway! Newly re-built, secluded beachfront home overlooking the Long Island Sound. Wood floors, classic North Fork styling, washer/dryer, great kitchen and stellar internet. The home has direct beach access via private staircase on the property and is minutes from historic Greenport. Spend your days in idyllic surroundings as you relax in the backyard or read in the vintage living room; spend your evenings using the BBQ and sitting around the firepit!

Great weekend stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house is very clean and well equipped and the location is sensational, with direct beach access and a quick drive to all of our favorite North Fork restaurants and activities. Very responsive and helpful host!

Lovely stay at Aquaview

We had a wonderful time staying at Aquaview for our family vacation. The view is amazing. The home is very comfortable, has direct access to a pebble beach and is very conveniently located to Greenport. Our kids loved all the toys and books!

Fun even in the rain

We went for the fourth for a long weekend Friday to Monday. We had horrible weather mostly rained but we were all smiles the whole weekend. The house was so comfortable and the view of the water so spectacular that it’s impossible to be sad here. Great for young kids too. We absolutely LOVED the brach access. It was so easy and so private and so relaxing. We even tried to extend our stay but this place is popular! We ended up at the American Beech Hotel for an extra week since we loved Greenport so much. The hosts were super responsive and extremely nice. See you soon!

Beautiful house with great view

The house is beautiful and also comfortable with attractive furnishings and decoration. The view of the sound from a high bluff is fantastic, with fabulous sunsets every evening. The beach is private and good for swimming, though it's a pebble beach (swim shoes recommended). The house would also be comfortable year-round and there's lots to do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay.
