Lake St. Moritz and the athletics track are only a 5-minute walk away and the Signal cable car to the Corviglia ski area is also 10-minutes by foot. Limited number of outdoor parking spaces (for 1 car, not reserved) belonging to the flat.

Nice apartment on the 1st floor. Approx. 40m2. Living/dining room with foldaway beds. Small separate kitchen without dishwasher. East facing balcony. Bath/shower, WC. Elevator.

Il palazzo è vicino a negozi, fermate di vari autobus, vicino al lago, 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e anche dal centro al dorf. Conoscevo già l'appartamento avendolo prenotato già qualche anno fa.
