Just a few kilometres from Artà, the 2-storey Finca Son Calletes enchants guests with its characteristic natural stone façade, a tower and a 5,600 m² property with mountain views. The Finca offers a large living/dining room with high ceilings and dark beams, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a king-size bed and one with 2 single beds) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. The absolute highlight is the outdoor area, where you can enjoy freshly grilled meals together on a covered terrace with a dining area. Especially beautiful is the 52.5 m² private pool, which invites you to cool off on hot summer days and is surrounded by a lawn with comfortable sun loungers. Forget the stress of everyday life here or on the beautiful balcony on the 1st floor and let the luxuriant vegetation and the relaxed holiday atmosphere have an effect on you! A ping-pong table provides a fun entertainment. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached in Artà after 2.6 km or a 4-minute drive. Beautiful bays such as Cala Moll or Cala Rajada are 13 km or a 12-minute drive away and await you with fine sand and crystal clear water.

Wunderschöne Finca in toller Lage

Pros: Wir waren rundum zufrieden & es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Finca hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage war super, man ist schnell an versch. Stränden & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Cati, ihr Mann & die Töchter waren sehr nett & hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Finca jederzeit wieder buchen.

Erholung in entspanntem Ambiente

Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche auf der Finca genossen. Das Haus im typischen Finca-Stil hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Lediglich die Küchenzeile ist etwas schmal. Ansonsten war alles top. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war ausgesprochen nett. Vielen Dank an Cati und ihre Familie für Wein, frische Eier usw.

Ländliche Erholung Purr

Pros: Absolut ruhige Lage der Finca .Auto fahrzeit nach Arta 3 Minuten Top Ländliches Feeling purr. Zu Fuss jedoch sehr gefährlich weil man muß der Hauptverkehrslage entlang gehen..über die Feldwege eher nicht zu empf. Weil immer wieder Zäune und Grundstücksabsperrungen sind.Immer wieder Finca SON CALETTA .Echter ERHOLUNGSFAKTOR DORT .Orig alte gepflegtes Gebäude .super Nette Gastgeber. Vielen Dank CATI auch an deine ganze Fam.
