Cozy 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home located in Ashland, Va. Fully fenced in back yard. YMCA, library, & parks with in walking distance. 1.3 miles from Randolph Macom College, 9 miles from King dominion, 14 miles to Richmond Raceway, multiple restaurants, coffee shops, sports bars, and stores with-in 3 miles. This home is located in a quiet & safe family neighborhood. NO PETS No smoking, if evidence of smoking marijuana or tobacco in/on premises there will be a additional Fee of $300.00 Charged NO PARTIES OR "GATHERINGS"

This home was perfect for our family ‘meet up’. The open concept made it feel spacious and the decor is welcoming. The beds were comfortable and it made a difference not having to pack towels and paper essentials. We also liked that the home was central to restaurants and little sight seeing drives for our ‘Senior’ family members.
