Great Beach Property

The location is great. Situated in Jaun Dolio the apartment is 20 minutes from San Pedro or Boca Chica and roughly an hour from the colonial district in Santo Domingo. The view from the balcony is fantastic. At the ground floor you walk directly out to the pool and beach. All the amenities in the apartment are first rate. I have stayed in many apartments throughout the DR and this one is on par with any US condo rental. A couple pieces of advise for future renters; The check in was a little confusing. You first go to the commercial office that is across the street from the condos. Also this is a private club and private beach. They do make money off the extra services they offer, so be prepared that bringing your own food or drink to the beach area is not permitted. The property owner was great to work with and communicated promptly through VRBO. Enjoy your future stays!
