- Treasure Island, there is a guest registration fee of $35 paid directly to the resort. There is a registration form that must be filled out prior to arrival. -The person reserving the home must be at least 25 years old and is fully responsible for all guests. This individual must be present at check-in and remain for the full stay. -This is a smoke-free and vape-free property. Violations inside the home or outdoor spaces will incur a $500 odor remediation charge. -A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed. -A digital guest guide will be provided ahead of your stay outlining access instructions and local tips. -This unit is not suitable for pets. -Towels for beach outings are not supplied.

The room was in a perfect place. The view was beautiful and the grand kids loved the critter closet. We will definitely be back to 707 for future visits.
We stay at Treasure Island every year. The location is great due to the lack of traffic and of course, the closeness of the beach. We will definitely be back.

This condo was amazing!!! Parking is spacious and easy to navigate! No wait for elevators! Check in process was great! Pool and beach chairs were amazing! This end of the beach is less crowded and it’s a shorter trek to get to the beach! Balcony was amazing! Communication with host was amazing! Wanting to come back next summer and stay! Highly recommend!

The condo was just as it appeared online. The appearance was very clean. There was a slight animal odor in the condo. The location was great and right on the beach/ocean.
I would suggest the car fee be included in the rental price so you don’t have to go to the office as soon as you arrive. I would also suggest directions for the tv remotes etc. overall it was a great experience and relaxing time with family.

Everything was good except initial arrival. Code was wrong for door, but called and they were able to correct it within 10-15 minutes. Appears a/c unit is leaking. Called maintenance and they confirmed it was. Said they were going to send somebody to fix but never saw them. Appears to have been leaking for a while. Overall would def stay here again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! I just wanted to let you know that, Treasure Island maintenance is separate from us, please report anything for the condo directly to us and we will have it fixed immediately. Your feedback is valuable and helps improve every stay!
When first stepping into the condo, I noticed a strong smell of cat urine. I had attempted to mop the entire condo to eliminate the smell, but once dry, the smell returned. As I was sweeping the sand up in the master bathroom, I picked up the rugs and noticed they were saturated with urine. The bottom of the rugs were completely yellow and some spots were darker than others indicating multiple "accidents" on them. The shower itself has a few spots of black mold beginning to grow. I laid down on the couch in the living room and immediately noticed a strong odor of dog urine. Lastly, the TV in the master bedroom only had access to one channel during our entire stay. While I confirmed the cables were hooked-up correctly and the "Infinity" cable box was working, we were unable to obtain any other channels besides "TLC." However, the beds were clean and comfy! Despite these above-referenced circumstances, the hospitality, ease of communication, and overall experience with the rental agency was seamless. I did reach out to the rental agency after our stay to advise of these issues for the next visitors, but didn't receive a response.
