Cozy spot at the end of the island

Convenient 1br near the things we wanted to do and there are plenty of places to hang out near by when you don't want to use the pool. Recommend sombrero beach.

Max was fantastic and made everything from check in to check out pleasant and hassle free. Pool, tables, chairs, lounge chairs, all clean and always available, the grounds are well kept and very tropical with colorful plants and flowers. My room very clean and comfortable and was well stocked with everything you could need. I will definitely be back.

Quiet and Relaxing

4 night stay. Location was perfect, day trip to Key Largo and an over night trip to Key West. Our time at Caloosa was relaxed and quiet. Pool area well kept. Grilled a dinner on the beach. Kitchen in the unit well equipped and we did breakfast at the unit every day.

Stay in Florida

The only problem I had was it was not ocean views like the description says. Our view from our balcony was a restaurant that was out of business. It was important to me to have a ocean view.
