This spacious one level duplex has everything you need to be home away from home.
Garage to park your car in, video game, massage chair, adjustable queen bed, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom.
Fully disabled accessible. Completely one level. ( no steps or stairs).
Comfortable memory foam mattress King bed. Bedroom two has a queen adjustable bed with remote.

Close to I-70! Secluded on a dead-end street.
Sparkling clean allergen free wood floors!

Bathroom with raised commode and big walk-in shower with shower-seat and hand- held showerhead.

For added guest safety: 24 hour security with an outdoor ring security camera mounted on the front of the garage.

Enjoy the comfort of home on the luxurious electric reclining sofa or the full body massage chair while watching the large 65" Roku TV with Netflix,Prime, and Hulu.

We had a great stay at Libby’s place over a weekend leading to a Big Monday game for the Hawks. All amenities were in place and we wanted for nothing. The house was as advertised. The extras by the hosts (snacks/coffee/toiletries/) were very sweet touch. The grill was even prepared with charcoal and fluid for grilling. We spend 3 days there and was very comfortable. The decor was interesting with the large cat theme.

Convenient location close to downtown in a neighborhood setting. Carrie and Guy were great hosts and everything we needed was there. It is near I-70 so there is road noise as described but they added a nice touch with the ear plugs provided in the room. The space was clean and kept well.
