Dog Friendly and Beautiful Main Channel View at the 34.5MM in a "NO WAKE" cove..

The view from this property is simply spectacular, all day and all night. Enjoy endless hours from the private deck of this 3 bedroom 2 bath rustic lake cottage. You will have a main channel view to enjoy all the water activities the lake has to offer .

Grill and chill on the deck with a gas weber BBQ and patio furniture. The fishing is great off of the 2 well dock especially in the Spring and Fall.

You can toast marshmallows or roast hotdogs on the lower level in the chiminea or enjoy the campfire.
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
This property is located 1/4 mile down a blacktop street off Hwy 5 at the end of the peninsula. Walking distance to 3 restaurants/bars Captain Ron's, The Branding Iron and a new Honky-tonk Close to gas stations, Pirates' Point for your boat rental needs and Wood's grocery store which is only 2.2 miles away. The Westside has many more great restaurants within a short drive. The Bagnell Dam strip is approximately a 20 minute drive.
The well equipped kitchen has a 36" gas stove with, full size fridge, separate ICE MACHINE
crockpots, a good selection of drinkware, cookware, spices and more.
2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and 1 full bathroom are located on the main floor. 1 bedroom with a king bed and additional bathroom with shower are located on the lower level.
The property has a dog friendly fenced yard and plenty of parking space for your vehicles and, more importantly... your boat trailers!

We really enjoyed our time here! Two adults and two teens and brought our 21ft pontoon. Plenty of space to park the trailer after unloading about a mile away. Kitchen has everything you need and appreciate the gas grill. Also appreciated the towels and coffee. Great view of the main channel though that does result in the South wind blowing waves into the dock. We just parked along side during the day and pulled into the covered slip at night when it was calmer. Beds were comfortable and nice sized couch in the living area. Everything was clean. Much calmer portion of the lake but a quick 20min drive gets you to Osage Beach where there are stores and restaurants. Would definitely come back!

Perfect house on the lake!

This property is perfect for a weekend away with my husband and our two dogs! It was such a treat to be able to stay here again this year. We enjoyed our stay so much. The house is great, perfection location and the views can’t be beat!

This is a really nice place to stay. Had two dogs with the family. Having the small fenced in yard was perfect Loved the dock to fish off of every day. The kitchen was great and everything you need to cook. Location was close to everything.

Took our 2 adult children, thier spouses and the each have child 1 or under. The house was absolute perfect! Pleanty of space for the 8 of us! Acquired in 1974 by my parents as a vacation destination. I spent most my summers there and eventually moved to the lake full time.
