We are three senior women and a 17-year old grandson traveling for his spring break in March, 2026. This was a lovely house with lots of room to spread out. Kitchen appliances were high quality. The pool and patio area was lovely - it offered a large covered area to escape from the sun for card playing, snacking, reading etc. - as well as the pool itself which we enjoyed daily after our activities. The house is near Pine Island and Matlacha and not far from Sanibel Island, the Minnesota Twins Spring Training field, and many other Florida attractions.It was an excellent value that worked well for our group and would also be great for families.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Eric! Es war ein großartiges Haus mit tollen Annehmlichkeiten. Die Lage direkt am Kanal ist wunderschön! Der Pool ist top. Bei Fragen und Anmerkungen bei kleineren Problemchen, stand Eric in absoluter Rekordzeit bereit und hat alles gelöst. Würde ich wieder hier buchen!? JEDERZEIT! Diese Location ist eine absolute Empfehlung in Florida. Es war sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir hier ein Feriendomizil von Eric gebucht haben! Vielen Dank!

Einfach perfekt…

Das großzügige Objekt befindet sich in einem hervorragenden Zustand und ist super ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Auch die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgeber Eric war hervorragend. Offene Fragen wurden innerhalb von Minuten beantwortet. Wir würden das Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen.
