Had the most important things on my list: fenced yard for my dog, a comfortable king-sized bed and a bathtub. Host was welcoming and invited me to contact with any concerns.

This house fit our needs perfectly with a fully outfitted kitchen, BBQ grill, and fully fenced in yard for our dog. The neighborhood is quaint and great for walking (ie sidewalks) plus there’s a nice little path around a reservoir that’s close by.

We had a great stay for nearly a week. The host is quick to respond and the home is just lovely. It was decorated for the holidays and our family felt very warm and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location. The home was clean and very well stocked with anything that you would need.Communication with host was excellent. We were in town for a family wedding and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

We stayed at and held a baby shower at the VRBO! It was a great location and the floor plan was great for our entertaining! With family in the area I anticipate a repeat stay!

Spacious and very comfortable. Located in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to walking trail around a scenic reservoir. The hosts had decorated the property for Halloween which our grandchildren loved. The hosts generously provided lotions, shampoos, toiletries which made travel very convenient.

Home away from home

If you want to stay in a vrbo in the Denver area that is like a home away from home this is it!! This was the cutest home, in a great area, and very easy check in and out. I would highly recommend this house! We loved our stay. Thank you so much for quick responses and your hospitality.

Nice location, easy to get around and had room for the family to spread out. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the large TV in the family room.

It was roomy and nice. Close to the Walmart and other things. It was a little strange with the owners things there. Like in the kids bedroom and then not really having a place to hang up clothes. But after about 4 days it was ok.

Property was located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is obviously a family’s home. It was easy to find from the interstate and a good location for us to get to the bolder boulder.

Great neighborhood!

The home was located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with convenient access to food and all the sightseeing we wanted to do. The home was clean and spacious and the property owner was quick to reply with any questions we had.
