Luxury condo right on the beach! Enjoy the oceanfront views at offseason prices!

Floor to ceiling windows provide exquisite views of the ocean in this corner unit vacation getaway. Walk right out onto the sand & beach ... or enjoy beach views from your patio. Condo is remodeled with brand new beach/coastal look and furniture. 1080 sq ft. of space. Full kitchen, bar set up, wine cooler, king size & adjustable beds, 3 TVs and internet, office space too. Pool.

Unit is on 3rd floor (end unit). There are two working elevators in the building.

Assigned a covered parking space as well as given two guest passes for parking in the lot in front of building.

20 day minimum rental. Guests must sign the rental lease agreement and be approved by me and the Association Board (quick process). Also Condo Association requires guest to submit a photo ID (picture of drivers license is fine).

A refundable security deposit or VRBO insurance option is required from guests prior to check in.

Up to 2 well behaved pets are allowed. For dogs, Condo Association permits only small dogs (under 25 lbs). There is a pet fee (see charges).

Guest must sign vacation rental agreement within 3 days of presentation. i will need the name and address of all guests to prepare the agreement.
All guests must be approved by me and condo Assoc. Board. Decision will be made within 3 days. If guest is not approved, booking is cancelled.
Condo Board also requires photo ID of adult guests.

Great Location

This is our third year renting on Jacksonville Beach and by far this was the best place. The owner thought of everything for our comfort. It felt like home the 3 weeks we were here. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds and the living room furniture was fabulous!

The condo is right on the ocean with spectacular views of the Atlantic! Dan was very responsive and helpful with any questions that arose during our stay. If you want to spend time living on the ocean, this is a great spot!

Winter get-a-way

Dan is very easy to coordinate & work with. The condo offers beautiful beach views & is steps away from the beach. Well stocked with paper supplies, kitchen ware, & beach towels. Great location to enjoy Jax beach, easy access to Atlantic Beach for retail therapy and great restaurants-nice drive to St Augustine, Amelia Island and Jacksonville Riverwalk.

Wow! Wonderful accommodations!

Dan is the man! Only the BEST for his guests! Dan was available and on the spot with any questions we had. Beautiful accommodations and very comfortable. The beach was right out the window and we loved the lull of the surf to put us to sleep!

Jax Beach Holiday

A beautiful unit with a million dollar view. Ample parking in a safe lot with unbelievable variety of stores and restaurants. Host Dan was available if something came up and the unit was supplied with “everything “ a two bedroom two bath unit should have, including beach accessories. Hope to return in the future, it was a great month.

Perfect View!

This unit is terrific! It's recently updated and clean. Dan is easy and swift to communicate with. He went above and beyond saving us a spot in the rack for our bikes too. The location is convenient to lots of good restaurants, many of which you can get to on foot. We spent a full month here, and loved every minute of it!

Spectacular View from Spectacular Unit

We immensely enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is so well equipped, you won’t need anything. It has all the comforts of home. The owner has thought of everything you might need. The view of the ocean is spectacular. You can enjoy looking at the waves from the balcony, the living, dining area as well as the master bedroom which has floor to ceiling windows. We look forward to our next visit. You should rent this unit; you won’t be disappointed

I am also a long time provider of quality rental condos, townhouses and SFHs in the Jacksonville area. All managed by me. I know how to treat my renters and guests the right way ... as though I was living at the property.

Right on the beach. Will love the floor to ceiling windows and direct view of beach and ocean. Still a relatively quiet area yet close to beach activities, restaurants, bars, etc.,
I designed a beach / coastal style condo, comfortable yet elegant.

この宿泊施設の特徴

While i provide the customary items (linens and towels etc.) i also stock my condo with coffee, tea, cookies, cooking oils, vinegar, and a full spice rack. Plus a liquor bar stocked with vodka, tequila, whiskey, and various wines ! All yours ! Wine cooler as well. Games & cards.

Full storage unit in the hall with extras (fans, floor lamps & more) to customize for each guest.

Step out into the Pool or right out to the short beach walkway to the sand !
