This unit has a great floor plan. Approx. 700 sq. ft living space and 96 sq. ft. covered lanai make this the ideal place to relax, recharge your batteries and plan your excursions. It is cozy and inviting, yet spacious. You will feel like you found your 'Home in Paradise'!

Greet the neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai when starting the day. Have breakfast on your own private lanai while you hear the blue ocean rolling in and wine while you watch the sun set. Go for a swim, the outer reef protects the shore line right in front of the building. Or sit on a chaise lounge, under a palm tree.

This place is quiet! All you hear is the ocean. There is a pool area, but it is not below your lanai. There is a street but it is exactly on the opposite side from where you are. The natural breeze between the landscaped inner court yard (with koi pond) and the ocean circulates the air and keeps the place at a very comfortable temperature even without A/C. You will sleep well at night, as it is never as hot as in nearby Lahaina.

The master bedroom provides a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds. They all have high quality mattresses. Sweet dreams!

Great condo with an amazing view

Overall, we loved our stay here. The condo sits yards from your own beach. The condo itself is nice and in a great location for exploring Maui. It was great to wake up and enjoy the spectacular mornings from the lanai.

Plenty of food options nearby with the Farmer's Market and Fish Market being especially good.

The only improvement would be to upgrade the ceiling fan in the living room as the afternoon heat can really warm the room up.

Paradise on the water

We have stayed in Maui several times, but this has been our most relaxing. Elisabeth's place is the perfect location, just feet from the water. All night long the breaking waves soothed our nerves. Every morning was spent on the Lanai, cup of coffee in hand, at times watching sea turtles swim by. The waters edge forms a narrow sand beach right at the sea wall and there is a break in the reef right there so going snorkeling is easy. For a wider beach the park right next door is steps away. The condo is simple, clean and quiet. All the amenities you may need are there and the kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The condo is lovely, well maintained, peaceful and well furnished. The beds are comfortable. Though this is not a luxury condo you are not paying luxury prices. The complex and grounds are also wonderful and the pool and BBQ area great to hang out at.

We like this part of Maui, because it is not as busy as Kaanapali with its large impersonal resorts, yet you can walk the neighborhood and find lots of things to do, including the Farmers Market and Fish Market just across the street. Just a 15 minute drive to Lahaina.

Elisabeth was so kind and helpful. I felt I was dealing with a friend. This is our second stay at the Paki Maui complex. We will come back to Elisabeth's condo again and I'm hoping it won't get too popular so we can still book it!

The views cannot be beat! Best Condo!

Aloha!

We had the most wonderful time in Maui! Our stay in this condo was so amazing to say the least. I traveled with my spouse, our 19 month old daughter and mother-in-law. This condo perfectly suited us. When we first walked in, we were blown away by the view! You are practically on top of the water, and can look down and see the sea turtles swimming. The condo worked well for us as we put the toddler in her portable crib in the second bedroom, my mother in law in the master bedroom, and my spouse and I slept out on the murphy bed in the living area. The condo is more spacious than pictured, and we never felt crowded. It was so wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. The breezes kept things cool, and there are fans in every room, we never felt too hot. The condo has everything you'd need really. The kitchen had it all, even the bathrooms had nice shampoo and body wash, plenty of towels.

The location of the condo couldn't have been better for us. The beach was made for toddlers! Honokawai beach park is right next door, and it is protected by reefs and creates a shallow wading pool when the tide is low. Perfect for the little one to splash around and play in without worrying about a big wave knocking them down. There is a bit of sandy beach directly in front of the condo and a place without rocks to walk out into the ocean, but to get to the beach park, you simply walk out in front of the condo, go down the stairs to the ocean and take 10 steps through the water and you are there! The beach is great for swimming too. There are lots of pretty fish (tons of Humu), and best of all, sea turtles! I swam with the turtles nearly every day, there were usually a few that would come every afternoon and swim right in front of the condo! The beach park is nice too because there is a playground with bathroom facilities and right across the street is a nice market/grocery store with yummy veggie foods (acai bowls so yummy there!) and good coffee at Badass Coffee. And also with in a minute or two walk is some of the best food we had on the island (fish market on the corner- tacos!), and lots of other yummy options. I can't say enough good things about the owners either. They were a delight to work with and responded so quickly to our questions. I love that we found our go- to condo to rent and cannot wait to return! We had a truly unforgettable vacation!

solid condo-great location

This condo did a great job of balancing our needs with expense. It is a solid condo to stay in. We knew we were going to be using it as a home base to explore the island, go to beaches, etc. and we weren't looking for a resort. It was just what we were looking for! It was clean and it was represented accurately in the pictures on the site. We were traveling with two teenagers so having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was great. The best thing about the condo is the lanai- having coffee every morning or a glass of wine in the evening can't be beat! An earlier reviewer did talk about enjoying the waves but also said that they could be loud when sleeping. We were a little taken aback at how much you hear them if you try and sleep in the Murphy bed! Clearly a problem one could address by sleeping in the bedrooms or getting use to it. I would say it was a pleasant surprise.. The beach area out front was nice and super accessable. We saw turtles in the water every day! We did spend a few hours our first day relaxing there before the Feast of Lele luau. We needed it after a 14 hour delay that had us traveling for almost 24 hrs! Small things like salt & pepper and coffee filters were nice. The kitchen had enough items if we had done more cooking. Elisabeth was very kind and went above and beyond to meet some extra accommodations. The location provides close access to groceries, snorkel gear, etc. so time could be spent vacationing. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Maui Stay

Our first time to Maui with friends for 11 nights, this condo accommodated 4 adults perfectly. The unit is very well equipped for daily living. The lanai on the curve of the building gives good privacy to enjoy watching the whales which were active during our trip, or ending the evening under the stars. The Farmers market Store(there is also a public market that sets up here 3x a week as well) and the Boss Frog's across the street for booking excursions were well used by us, as well as within a 15 min walk there are take outs, Java Jazz restaurant, and a full grocery store. Enjoyed exploring the island and went to friday nite parties in Kihei and Wailuku. Mahalo.
