About this property

Art filled German Village House. Double lot fenced in yard with 2 car garage

You will absolutely fall in love with German Village. For those that have never been, it will knock your socks off. Our brick house is in fantastic location for easy access to all this 19th century village has to offer. Our location is also great for events downtown and the university district. The 2 car garage, which can be a rarity in the village makes a stay headache free:) Our brick house sits on a large double lot (another rarity in-the village). The garden is completely fenced in. Inside, the house has 2 private bedrooms and a third connecting room that sits in between the two bedrooms with a day bed for an additional 5th guest. The dining room has Heywood Wakefield furniture and a great MCM vibe. There’s a full kitchen, plenty of comfy seating in the living room and 1.5 baths.

Our whole family stayed here while my husband attended a conference. We have 3 kids and the place was perfect for us. Very convenient with washer/dryer and full kitchen.Very nice neighborhood! About 10 minutes from Downtown and from COSI. We felt safe and we made wonderful memories in this place! Allison is very nice and replies quickly to messages. It's a home away from home!
