The Sweetwater House is best for couples, families & friends who want to rest and relax after enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Spring Break Retreat

This little gem was great. It is on a quiet street, and about .3 mile from the beach, an easy walk. Owners had a beach caddy to help cart your gear, and nice personal touches throughout. Would stay again if back near Ormand Beach.

2022 Biketoberfest Rescue

Our original VRBO was canceled with roof damage from Hurricane Ian. Sweetwater Cottage popped up in our renewed search. It was perfect in every way. The listing described it accurately and the love the owners have for this property shines through. It was just right for 2 couples to enjoy a nice relaxing vacation.
