From the large terrace you have a direct view of the beautiful lagoon beach of El Cotillo. On the terrace there are comfortable seating for 5 people and 2 sun loungers. After a few steps you reach the beach through a small garden gate. The pool area is also just a few steps away.

The apartment has a cozy living / dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. A staircase leads to the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a direct view of the beach and the sea. The sound of the sea included!

Really enjoyed our stay in El Cotillo. The apartment was clean and spacious...right next to the beach with all amenaties you could want. Unfortunately the terrace dosent get sunshine until late afternoon so in winter the terrace can be cool for morning coffee. Marco the agent was very helpful and cconsiderate. Really enjoyed our break in this fabilous location .

Tanja und Gunnar haben ein sehr sauberes im modernen Strandstil eingerichtetes Apartment, welches sich in exzellenter Lage befindet. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Mischung aus Strand und Pool ist ideal.

Lovely Property. Gorgeous View.

We could not have asked for more. To wake up each morning and lie in bed looking out over one of the most beautiful beaches you'll ever see was such a privilege. That, and feeling a warm sun in February, made this the perfect winter break. We didn't meet the owners as they were in Germany, but communication was friendly and efficient. Their friend Marco met us on site to check us in and out. He was lovely and gave us all of the information we needed. The apartment was comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you might need. The downstairs area had more than enough room for our family of 3 and the bedrooms were roomy enough. El Cotillo is a really laid back town. We loved it. Not too developed, so it feels like a Spanish town more than a tourist resort. It has many lovely restaurants and bars - we didn't have a bad meal the whole week we were there. The beach to the south of El Cotillo is a long, gorgeous stretch of sand and much loved by the surfer dudes whose rusty camper vans populate the town. To the south the beaches are calmer and beautiful and, if you like bird spotting, there are even mud flats a little further up the coast (still walking distance). The north of the island has much to see (Calderon Hondo, Corralejo Dunes and Betancuria are all worth a visit), but really it's the beaches here that take the top prize! It was a great week. Thank you.

Wonderful, spacious and well located

Wish we could have stayed longer! Wonderful location right by the beach, well equipped kitchen, great café round the corner and Marco was most helpful and responsive on site. Couldn't wish for anything more.

Great apartment in a wonderful location

Our stay was perfect. The apartment is perfectly situated with beautiful views and lots of amenities close by. It is exceptionally well-stocked, which we really appreciated. Communication and access were all made really easy. We hope to be back soon.

La tranquilidad

Hemos estado un matrimonio con dos hijos del 10 al 24 de Agosto del 2019. Las fotos publicadas son idénticas a lo que nos hemos encontrado allí. El salón comedor cocina es muy amplio. Está muy bien equipado a nivel tanto de electrodomésticos como de menaje. Estaba todo impecable. Hay una terraza-entrada bajo exterior muy espaciosa con hamacas y mesa. La hemos usado para tomar el sol, desayunar comer y cenar muy a menudo. Los cuartos no son tan amplios pero están bien. Hay vistas al mar de manera frontal desde todas las instancias del apartamento. Es muy fresco si hay viento, cosa muy habitual en la isla. El Wifi funciona perfecto y tiene una Smart TV. La piscinas son amplias y están muy limpias. A la mañana y a última hora de la tarde, estaban siempre vacías La verdad es que hemos estado muy tranquilos.
