Hello Gilbert, We appreciate your lovely five star review! The location is one of the reasons we bought the property. We are on one of the few deeper, aerated canals in Weeki Wachee. We also liked the fact that we are just beyond the reach of the crowds on the river! The ramp to launch kayaks was definitely an added plus! We hope that you will consider staying at either of our Manatee Hideaways for your next visit to Weeki Wachee! Take Care & God Bless, Aaron & Crystal Hester

Hello Kevin, We appreciate your review. We are glad you were able to see the manatees! 😎 We are also happy it was quite cozy for you! No, we are not on the main river. We are on an aerated canal, which is one of the only ones in the area. We are approximately 300 yards from the main river. Nice and quiet in a clean canal you can swim in! We are happy you enjoyed your stay at our Manatee Hideaway! Take Care & God Bless, Aaron & Crystal

Hello Mike, We are happy you enjoyed your stay and it was nice being able to meet you! It is always nice to see our guests enjoying themselves & having a good time on the water! It is what we love and we want to share what we move with other families! A couple of updates... one of the boys caught a very nice small mouth bass off the dock, as well as two sheepshead, and some mollet. We saw a baby and THREE babines, yes three! One looked older and two smaller babies! We have never seen anything like that before. We have seagrass by both docks and they feed on it! We hope the pics are large enough to post on here! We appreciate your five star review and hope you choose our Manatee Hideaway 1 or 2 as your next Weeki Wachee vacation destination! Take Care & God Bless, Aaron & Crystal Hester
