The apartment no. 14 is about 63 m² in size. Here 2-4 people can spend a relaxing stay. The south-facing balcony invites you to linger. The sleeping facilities consist of a bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds with integrated trundle bed below. The living area consists of a sitting area (not extendable to sleep) with color TV and hi-fi system. The modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and 4-burner stove is integrated in the living area. The shower / WC completes the stylishly furnished apartment. The floor has been laid with laminate. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in this apartment. In the underground car park is the parking space no. 23 available. The pitches are double parkers. Please make sure that your car does not exceed a length of more than 5.00 m, a width of more than 1.90 m and a height of 1.50 m so that there is no inconvenience during your stay. Permissible total weight is 2000 kg. Roof boxes, bicycle mounts and car antennas, etc. are to be removed before the entrance. In exceptional cases, depending on availability, a parking space can be organized. If these are already occupied, only a paid solution would be possible in an urban car park. Please note that in the main season it is necessary to book without gaps or to leave a minimum period of 7, 10 or 14 nights between the bookings. The minimum stay over the turn of the year is 4 nights. Both the consumption costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
