Wohnpark an der Mühle apartment 3.5: cozy 4-room maisonette apartment over 2 floors

This welcoming and very cozy 4-room apartment (approx. 60 m²) spans two floors (the 2nd floor and the attic) and offers a high degree of functionality; it is fully furnished. The flooring in the living room and bedrooms is vinyl, the third bedroom (in the attic) has carpet, and the kitchen and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 5 people.

From the hallway, which features a mirror and a coat rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation apartment.

The bright living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with 4 chairs. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 14 m² sunny rooftop terrace (facing east, south, and west) with various pieces of patio furniture—here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental features a modern flat-screen TV with digital radio reception and a CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a French press, an electric kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet, and also has direct access to the rooftop terrace.

The separate second bedroom features a single bed, a spacious closet, and a small desk with a chair.

A small staircase from the living room leads to the attic of the apartment, where the third bedroom is located. It is furnished with two freestanding single beds, a small dresser, and two wicker armchairs with a small table. Important note: Due to the relatively steep staircase, this room is not (!) suitable for small children!

The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in a separate building on the property and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (carport) assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a covered bike shed on the residential complex grounds. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 5 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
