Welcome to your temporary home! This charming 2-room apartment (approx. 35 sqm) for 1–2 people is located on the mezzanine level and features a lovely east-facing balcony.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, an LCD TV, a DVD player, and a dining area—perfect for social evenings. The open-concept kitchen features an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator—everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
In the bedroom, a cosy double bed (160x200 cm, separate mattresses) awaits you, inviting you to enjoy restful nights. The modern bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the comfort of this apartment.
Parking space no. 153 on the parking deck provides additional convenience. Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
A bicycle storage room and a washing machine are available in the building. Wi-Fi is not provided. It is not possible to have mail forwarded here, as there are no postbox keys available.
