Other great amenities include heated saltwater pool , enclosed outdoor shower, music speakers poolside complete with gas barbeque, gas fire pit, and lush landscaping. The property has a new ADT alarm system and exterior Ring security cameras visibly located, covering the front door/yard, driveway, side yards and the entire backyard, including pool and equipment area for guest and owner safety. Comfortable and perfectly appointed house in Hampton Bays. Three bedrooms, living room and a cozy sitting room. The house has everything you need and a wonderful backyard when weather is nice. Awesome location- on quiet street but close enough to walk into town. We have stayed several times and it’s wonderful home!

Beautiful home and property in Hampton bays! This is our second time at this home and it is always a treat. House is clean, beautiful and very comfortable. It is set up as a true rental and hosts are both responsive and welcoming. The yard offers privacy and is just a lovely space. House is set up to relax and unwind. We were happy to enjoy this home!

The house is perfect! It is extremely comfortable, clean, and well decorated. The backyard is gorgeous!! The pool is large and there is a ton of shaded seating. We could have spent the entire vacation just hanging out there! Ianni was extremely responsive and did everything to make sure we had a great stay!

A lovely, beautifully kept home and grounds.The pool and yard are peaceful and private. Both town and beach are close by. Ianni was very responsive to inquiries - but we had no concerns. It is a well stocked, welcoming home. Our family had a wonderful time and would love to return.

Great house and host!

The house was so perfect for our quick stay in the Hamptons and Lanni was so helpful and even ordered a pack n play for my infant ahead of our trip! The back yard was so gorgeous and spacious and location was so perfect and close to shops/beach. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Vacation Home

The house was beautiful and the layout and rooms worked so well for 4 adults and two toddlers. We've rented via VRBO for years and this backyard was the most spectacular we've seen. The seating areas, the vast lawn, and the pool were just perfect! The host, Ianni, was extremely responsive; any questions or messages were answered within 15 minutes. Bravo!

Beautiful House

Came on a girls trip and had the most amazing time!! It was so centrally located we were able to walk to food and less than a 10 minute drive to the beach. Hoping to make another trip and stay here again. The host was so nice and very responsive. 12/10 recommendation!

This property is beautiful. The photos don’t do it justice. We loved the interior decor and the large backyard and pool. The house was very clean. And it pretty much had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great - there are two supermarkets nearby, about a 20-min drive to Riverhead, an hour drive to Montauk. We definitely enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Didn’t have any issues communicating with Ianni, who is super responsive. Looking forward to staying here again!

We’d love to return!

We had a wonderful family getaway at this beautiful Hamptons home! The space was stylish, comfortable, thoughtfully prepared, and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Lanni was incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering helpful tips throughout our stay. The location was ideal, close to Cooper’s Beach (be sure to reserve a parking permit in advance), great restaurants in Southampton and Sag Harbor, and charming shops, yet still peaceful and private.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Heaven in Hampton Bays!

We enjoyed a perfect stay at this lovely home. The location is amazing - walking distance to Hampon Bays Village. Everything in the home is stylish yet comfortable, and the house is super well equipped. The backyard looks amazing (it was winter when we stayed) and the front porch is very charming. The hosts were super easy to communicate with and we had no problems at all during our stay. I highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!

Comfortable home

My husband, daughter, son in law and two grandchildren and I all enjoyed staying in this lovely home. The house is decorated beautifully and comfortably and is fully equipped with everything one might need. The house is located near a shopping center which is convenient. We’d be happy to stay here again. better next time.

Gorgeous home with private yard in Hampton Bays

We had a wonderful weekend in this lovely home in Hampton Bays. The house itself is immaculate and well stocked for guests! We enjoyed the living spaces, bedrooms super comfortable and all the touches that went into creating this beautiful home. The yard is so gorgeous and private- large pool, lounge chairs, yard to play and a fire pit. Communication with the host was excellent and she made sure we had what we needed. I like that the host was available and I could reach out if needed. Would like to stay here again- thank you for a great weekend!!

Lovely oasis for a family vacation

We were fortunate to find this home to rent for a week. The property was perfect for our family vacation. The inside of the home is lovely and well appointed; plenty of space for our group of 4. However our absolute favorite spots were the backyard, patio and pool area. Just beautiful and serene after a day at the beach, shopping, or visiting different towns. The location is perfect. The home is conveniently close to main roads and the train station. The owners were available and responsive to all questions. So appreciated the prompt and easy communication. Lastly, I left behind my laptop and work tote bag. The owner called me immediately. I appreciate her willingness to ship it to my home as we were unable to come back to the house to pick it up. Thank you for sharing your home!
